On July 19-20, 2024, the "2024 Xinjiang Neurosurgery New Technology Seminar and Wang Zhongcheng Medical Foundation Suitable Technology Promotion Border Tour" event was successfully held in Urumqi, jointly organized by the Neurosurgery Branch of the Beijing Medical Association and the Beijing Wang Zhongcheng Medical Foundation, and hosted by the Neurosurgery Department of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital. This event brought together renowned experts and scholars in the field of neurosurgery in China to explore the latest developments and clinical applications of neurosurgery technology.
During the conference, experts gave special lectures on multiple core topics, including diagnosis and treatment strategies for neurosurgery and cerebrovascular diseases, innovative applications of endoscopic skull base technology, minimally invasive treatment of spinal cord and spine diseases, precise management of traumatic brain injury, comprehensive treatment of glioma, and cutting-edge nursing. At the same time, this seminar also specially set up two practical sessions: "Microscopic Skills Training" and "Neuroendoscopic Skills Training".
